REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Please consider carefully before finalizing your purchase. Refunds will be possible in select cases only.

In most cases, exchange or replacement is encouraged, as that would be the best outcome to avoid unnecessary costs and fees associated with refunding purchases.

As a small company, we require a 50% restocking fee, applied in all cases of refunds/returns.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact the support (or returns) email and include your order number in the message. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for a response. However, emails will be answered as soon as they are available and any issues with the product received will be of highest importance.

It is recommended to check you item once your have received it, and if you have an issue, it will be addressed as soon as possible. Please reach out to the support email with your order number, and you will receive follow-up email from our support staff. This period is limited to 30 days after purchasing. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must document the condition of the item and packaging upon receipt and include them with your email. Furthermore, the item should be unused meaning it is in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact (not torn), for completeness purposes. Due to the fragile nature of some products, if the item has undergone use or alteration in any way, we cannot accept it. In rare cases, there may be a possibility that the item is damaged during the shipping process. We recommend you inspect the package for any damage to the packaging and document it if necessary. We do not cover damage as a result of shipping. We appreciate your understanding of our policy, and we will not tolerate substandard products.

To complete your return, we require the order number via receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credited portion will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE/MISSING FUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded, and other discounted products will note item exclusive disclaimers for potential refund or return eligibility.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@3dprintsrus.store} and send your item to: {physical address}.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail it to: {physical address} available for pre-approved return items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
